If it is established that a user created an account while being underage, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned, however any winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

You confirm that online gaming or betting activities are permitted by local law in the area from which you are using the platform. 399bed will not be held responsible for any issues arising from your lack of knowledge of local laws. Account Security and Responsibility

4.1 Login Credentials

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

Account Suspension and Closure

9.2 Closing Your Account Voluntarily
